ডোকরা বা ঢোকরা (Dokra) হলো প্রায় ৪,০০০ বছরের পুরোনো একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী ও প্রাচীন ধাতব হস্তশিল্প। এটি মূলত 'লস্ট-ওয়াক্স কাস্টিং' বা মোম গলানো পদ্ধতিতে (Lost-wax casting technique) পিতল বা ব্রোঞ্জ গলিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়। সিন্ধু সভ্যতা থেকেই এই বিশেষ ধাতব শিল্পকলার প্রচলন রয়েছে (যেমন—সিন্ধু সভ্যতার বিখ্যাত 'নৃত্যরতা নারী' মূর্তিটি এই পদ্ধতিতেই তৈরি)। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাঁকুড়ার বিকনা, পূর্ব বর্ধমানের দারিয়াপুর এবং পুরুলিয়া ও বীরভূমের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে ডোকরা শিল্প সবচেয়ে বেশি বিখ্যাত।
