কলাই মিনা (যা মূলত মীনাকারি বা মিনাকারি নামে সুপরিচিত) হলো সোনা, রুপো, তামা বা ব্রোঞ্জের মতো ধাতুর ওপর বিশেষ কাচ-সদৃশ এনামেল বা উজ্জ্বল রঙের প্রলেপ দিয়ে অলংকৃত করার একটি প্রাচীন ও অত্যন্ত সূক্ষ্ম অভিজাত শিল্পকলা। পারস্যে (বর্তমান ইরান)। সাফাভিদ বা সাসানিদ সাম্রাজ্যের সময়ে পারস্যের দক্ষ কারিগররা ধাতব পাত্র এবং অলঙ্কারের ওপর এনামেলিং বা কলাইয়ের কাজ আবিষ্কার করেন। ষোড়শ শতাব্দীতে মুঘল সম্রাটদের হাত ধরে এই শিল্প ভারতীয় উপমহাদেশে প্রবেশ করে। বিশেষ করে সম্রাট আকবর এবং পরবর্তীতে সম্রাট শাহজাহানের আমলে এই রাজকীয় শিল্পের ব্যাপক বিস্তার ঘটে। ভারতের মীনাকারি বা কলাই মিনা শিল্পের ইতিহাসে রাজস্থানের আমেরের (জয়পুর) রাজা মান সিং (প্রথম) এর ভূমিকা অবিস্মরণীয়। তিনি লাহোর থেকে পাঁচজন অত্যন্ত দক্ষ মীনাকার (কলাই শিল্পী) নিয়ে এসে রাজস্থানে এই শিল্পের ভিত্তি স্থাপন করেন। পরবর্তীতে জয়পুর হয়ে ওঠে ভারতীয় কলাই মিনা শিল্পের প্রধান কেন্দ্র।
